Worst service from discovery official

I cannot begin to articulate how frustrated and disappointed by Bonita’s medical aid official Elizabeth who is an agent allocated to City of Joburg employees.

My child lost his job and had to add his 2 kids under my medical aid in July 2020 as they are my grandchildren.

They were in discovery medical for 10years till his job loss. I called Elizabeth and did affidavits and submitted all required documents.

I have been speaking to Elizabeth from July to date and my grandchildren remain uncovered. I called and emailed multiple times. Discovery rejected the forms and said there is no stamp and signature from Human Resources department.

Elizabeth has not done anything to assist me, today after I called her she tells me sorry for the 3rd time she will it tomorrow and the underwriter says the children have to wait for 3 months.

Had I not called her when was she going to communicate all this nonsense she is telling me.

I refuse to wait another 3 months while an official failed to do her work.

Am so angry.
