Worst service ever

I've terminated my *** with bonitas its going for year now and they are giving me a hustle in giving me my savings refund, I've completed everything that was required even made a followup calls but they keep on lying telling me it be refunded within a month or a week but still. Worse their own team leaders with consults fail completely in providing services. Bonitas keeps on bringing worst service ever nowadays. And it used to be the best medical aid with great service
