Worst service ever at Bonitas medical aid

Been sent from pillar to post by Bonitas medical aid. 2 hours later on the phone you are made to hold for 10 minutes because they are consulting with someone and then give you feedback. In the mist of that I have been put on hold and ended up in other departments. I'm transferred back to where I was and have to explain myself all over again. No one seems to care but rather with this Bonitas with rude employees. This is the worst medical aid ever. I regret the day I joined this medical aid. Trust me for someone who is looking at joining Bonitas run for your life
