Worst service ever and bad tracking systems

<p>I am so so disappointed with the service offered by Bonitas. I had a medical aid with them and I terminated it in 2013 and a year later the said I owed them outstanding money. I paid them and later they said they owed me and they were going to refund and close my account, to make matters worse they had taken me to their debt collectors. After long and frustrating calls and inquires they indicated that the problem was on their side and it has been resolved. Now I am again getting emails that I am owning again and no body seems to want to own the issue and assist me, everyone keeps on refering to someone. Below are the people bouncing me around and I am very very disappointed with the poor poor service and assistance.
