Worst service ever!

Bonitas is the worst call centre to deal with pathetic service from agents and no help provided, requested a callback at 9am and I'm still waiting, requested a manager and still waiting, the consultant says they not allowed to call members back yet the premium we pay is R2400 a month and we cannot receive a callback, called them 6 times today and I'll still waiting for an associated specialist list, got placed on hold over 10 minutes in the 6 times I called, unbelievable service, I'm shocked!!!!
