Worst service ever

I called the call centre this morning spoke to supa-mandla, who told me to there is a 30days notice period to terminate the medical aid. What happened to the 30days that you have suspended me? My son has seizure and I wasn't able to take him to see a Dr because you suspended me after the documents was sent to Mamello who chooses to reply to emails when she wants to. I want this medical aid terminated immediately as I need to get my son to a Dr A.S.A.P. if a seizure if not as critical to Bonitas as it is to my son's life then this medical aid is not critical for us to have as well
