Worst service

I had to do an income verification of my gov pension which is R1420 max, they insisted after I said that I could not get a statement, after my son logged a hellopeter request I was finally assisted by Tash who said I should send it to her. When phoning Bonitas they said that R2751 will be debited from my account which I dont even have, they also can't give me the correct policy amount. <br> I will have to return that debit order, but need to correct installment and will manually transfer that. this is critical so that my cover remains in place. don't have the money to fix this later.
