Worst Medical Scheme Ever!!
Contribution to medical aid that is extremely expensive (entry-level yes) but does not even offer even one gynecologist visit per annum to female members. The WhatsApp number never gets answered even after being connected to an agent (I was connected to an agent and have had no response for over 45 minutes till now) , the new app is not user friendly. There are co-payment for literally everything or Atleast 98%.
Servive provider may have the worst offering in terms of a product but it is the service or lack off service that makes it unbearable.
