Worst medical aid with useless lazy consultants
Worst medical aid ever.
Wasted airtime of over R200 trying to get assistance the whole week in locating my network providers as well as wasting my petrol going to the walk in centre numerous times only to get a list of network providers who are no longer working with Bonitas.They are at best at putting you on hold.
When joining Bonfit select they had numerous mediclinic and netcare hospitals now that I am in need of one suddenly they don’t even have any in my area anymore.
Very unhappy and considering to move both my fiancé and I from this useless medical aid!!!!
