worst medical aid to deal with when needing to claim.

I have been going back and forth with Bonita's for the past 3 weeks, and yet they are still not resolving my query.

1. My claim of last year that they rejected should be sorted. I took my husband into the ER for a temperature that was above 42 and needed to be treated by a doctor. They rejected my claim after assuring me that all emergencies would be covered in full by the fund when going into the ER for treatments.

2. You have my records and claims submitted for the past year. Have a look at my current fund and let me know if the plan I am on should be changed and make recommendations in line with with the past years's history.
