Worst Medical Aid scheme to be on!!!
Honestly I'm saddened and disgusted by the service that we get from this Medical aid group, they never do anything right or anything timeously. I added a beneficiary on my medical aid in June, then because of their incompetence I had to back pay for a member that I added on time, but they failed to process my request and I ended up incurring the bill. Secondly, I called in requesting for my medical aid card in July and I was told it would take 14 days, I am still waiting. I am now forced to pay out of my pocket for consultations because I don't have a card with my dependent name on it, I cannot claim back my money because where will I get authorisation to see a Dr on Sunday? They will be sure to deduct their money every month shamelessly while we suffer, I HATE the day I took out this ridiculous plan!!!!!!!!!!
