Worst medical aid in South Africa- DO NOT JOIN.
Bonitas suspended my membership due non-payment of my monthly membership fee, while i have a proof of payment of that contribution fee. I sent the proof of payment yet i don't get any response and my membership remains suspended. The service is beyond poor. I would not recommend anyone joining this medical aid.
