Worst medical aid in South Africa

I was with liberty health & in 2017 when they were absorbed by Bonitas. In the past my broker handled all my requests & the same counted when we were migrated to Bonitas. Before the birth of my daughter on 06-10-2018 we got all the necessary authorisations for the hospital procedure. On 11 October I asked my broker (who has always been my point of contact) to put my daughter on our medical aid. He then asked for the birth certificate, which we got from the hospital (when dpt home affairs visited the hospital) on 26 October 2018 & was subsequently sent to him on the same day.

Bonitas now states that my daughter was not registered within 30 days & they will not cover her for a period of 3 months for pre existing conditions. Which makes it worse is that they are not willing to pay the hospital visits by the Pediatrician & subsequent visits to the same.
