Worst medical aid in SA

Bonitas is a very useless med aid and we have no choice but to use it cos at work its the only option! Their WhatsApp is not working they never reply! Their call center is even worse. I got a message on my mother’s phone that a claim for September 2020 was rejected in February 2021 how long does it take to assess a claim??? No dr in my area wants to accept Bonitas because they do not pay Dr’s! Getting an authorisation is the worst thing ever the consultants are rude they never want to help. You can send endless emails no one will care to reply! This honestly is the worst med aid I’ve been on! Zero service and they avoid paying claims.
