WORST MEDICAL AID!!! FEEL LIKE IM BEING ****MED!!
I am appalled by the service and caniving ways of Bonitas medical scheme!
Absolutely EVERYTHING I have tried to do or claim for in the 4 months I've been with Bonitas has had something go wrong. Claims rejected. Chronic medicine rejected. All the network providers are OUT OF DATE and half of them don't even practice anymore!!!! How can they have a list of people when half of them have stopped practicing, some for even 10 years!!
The call centre employee spoke to me in a disgusting and patronising manner. The whatsapp line DOES NOT EVEN FUNCTION!!!
This is the WORST medical aid I have EVER been a part of!!!!!
I would never recommend people to come to this medical aid and I actually feel like I'm being ****med! I cannot BELIEVE the way they handle their PAYING CUSTOMERS in this way!
