WORST MEDICAL AID EVER WHEN IT COMES TO PUTTING MEMEBERS FIRST.

is the third time writng about bonitas savings refund. How long doesn't take to finalize a refund. it is upsetting to battle with a simple thing as refund after i have sent everything they have requested of me , but still i have to wait for final verification and vetting ...i thought moving to bonita will make things easy.. but now i'm regreting why i chose bonitas because if it is so difficult to process or finalize a refund what will happen in case of emergency i will still wait forever for approvals?. i'm really dissppointed..i cant wait for November to come so can change my medical aid yho i'm tired of you guys shame. query no:21052QYF0YF
