Worst medical aid ever

I have a medical aid with Bonitas boncap and i have been sending requests for my medical aid option to be changed and no one seems to assist me, i am currently pregnant and i am struggling to find a gynae on my current option because of the change in hospital networks that happened in January, overtime when i visit the gynae i am required to pay out of my own pocket an bonitas is giving me problems to refund me , i m so fed up with this medical aid because i am not getting the service that i am paying for, i have been writing motivations for my medical aid option to be changed but no one is assisting me and their call Centre is useless

Medical option has been changed, thank you. but i have not received my refund that i am waiting for and i was told that it was processed
