Worst medical aid ever
We spoke to Clement in April regarding a claim for ER consulting where he advised it will be processed and paid still nothing we are getting calls and threats from them. Now we go to the doctor with our son and have to pay for his medicine cash. What is the use of a medical aid if you have constant copayments and shortfalls this is up to **** and not to mention the customer service or lack thereof

08 May 2024, 15:47There is a few issues we have with the cover. Last year I went to the gynea and the claim was paid and then a month later it was reversed why we don't know now they are holding me liable for it. We are really having issue upon issue upon issue since we joined and we are really considering cancelling because we pay more than R6000 every month and then when it comes to claims there is ALWAYS issue and getting hold of Bonitas is useless.
