WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!

My mother was admitted to hosp in March for a aneurysm she had to have an op done at Unitas hosp and was in ICU now the medical aid wont pay the bill first their excuse was that there was no ICD codes then the dependant code. Every time you phone them there is another new excuse its been 6 months now the hosp wants to sue my mom who is old and still battling with the side effects of her illness. I phoned them today and now they not happy with the Dr that did the procedure on her. I have sent all the documents where it states that Dr Potgieter did perform the procedure and was infact the correct Dr. On the invoice it states Attending Dr as Burger SA & Partners Inc Radiology Prac and Dr Potgieter is infact one of those Drs. It doesn't help to phone the authorisation department as none of the people there are actually competent enough to help me sort this out. My poor mother is suppose to go back for a follow up now she is to scared they also refuse to pay that. So should we all just be left to die?????? This is the worst medical aid ever I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies!!! <br>
