Worst Medical Aid Ever
Formal Complaint: I have an emergency room benefit with Bonitas but when I was in the emergency room they refused for me to actually use the benefit. That’s a useless medical aid to me. The customer service consultants are also the most unhelpful, I was promised they would send me an email and nothing was ever sent.
