WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!

This is a follow-up to a review posted 08/01/2022. If I could give this fund a zero or negative ratings I would;

Jan 2022; Incorrect deduction (in excess of approx. R2900) and the consultant Sayed apologised for the error on THEIR SIDE and promised to fix everything and confirm once done.

Feb 2022; A total of R5975 incorrectly deducted from my account. They said they would refund the money within 3-5 working days.... obviously someone did not do their job, because when i followed up AGAIN today; I am told they have a turnaround time of 5-7 days!? IS THIS A JOKE!? IT DOES NOT TAKE DAYS TO PROCESS AN INSTANT PAYMENT

I WANT TO CANCEL THIS MEMBERSHIP.... I have already seen what it is going to be like if anything happens and you people need to pay.
