WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!
PHA - has taken over Bonitas Boncap option since January 2024. This is the most useless bunch of people that are playing with innocent peoples lives. As a medical scheme, your priority should be your members, however they fail to get anything correct from paying service providers, to approving urgent life threatening medication. Never mind its a low income based medical scheme, sometimes its all a person can afford. That should not be reason why lives get overlooked based on their income!!!
