Worst medical aid ever!!!!
The worst medical aid ever!! Excuses and more excuses not to pay medical bills- after authorization letter was received from them in writing. Now blaming hospital for not submitting claim in time. Hospital provides prove of submitting claim in time. STILL EXCUSES from Bonitas. The account is in arrears, and the client (myself) has been handed over?! I pay my monthly medical aid account? Why can you not pay the hospital?
