Worst Medical AId EVER!!!

Hello A Fourie, I am SO with you on this. I was also 'forced' to move from Nedbank/NMAS, who I had been with for 23 years with ZERO major mishap. In 23 years I may have been driven to write to them maybe 3 times. With Bonitas (from January 2022) I must already have like 200 emails to them.....and I have only received an intelligent response from the Complaints Dept. They are USELESS. In that statement I include their communication skills, the administration and their putrid accounting system. Their split admin between Bonitas + DENIS + Pharmacy Direct is just as abysmal!!
