Worst medical aid ever
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not get a medical savings plan with them. So many things come off your savings when you are in hospital and it is very difficult to see clearly what came off savings. Trying to get hold of anyone is a nightmare. Now that I am overseas and have canceled my medical aid they are still trying to take a debit order off my account. Worst medical aid ever. Watch there will be some person replying to this saying they are sorry and can I provide details etc. Do not go with these guys. You will regret it.
