Worst medical aid! Does not matter if you're on the highest plan with them!
One of the worst comprehensive medical aid plans! On the highest plan and I can never get feedback from your chronic department. You take forever to approve new chronic medicine for serious conditions that can lead to dangerous situations!! Cannot explain how much I hate your medical aid. Cant fathom giving you anymore of my money while you give me the worst possible service as a comprehensive client!
