Worst medical aid
Absolutely the worst medical aid I've made payment every month from June via eft and every month they have suspended my account. When I call to rectify my account they say my account suspension is lifted with no outstanding amount. Only to find out that they will debit my account this month Dubble because their accounts is a mess.
I would not recommend bonitas and in the process of changing medical aids
