Worst medical aid -Bonitas we will make you take cheaper meds to save a few rands

So for more than a week now and after many calls Bonitas and their pathetic Pharmacy direct fail to deliver my chronic medication.So this is effecting my health and Bonitas don't give a damn.Please people stay away from Bonitas as they really don't care about your health just profits,they rather cut you off medication to save a few Rands.No wonder why there is so many complaints on hello peter as well as there is a Facebook group created against Bonitas and their lack of customer service and their lack of consideration for clients and non delivery of chronic meds by their preferred partner Pharmacy direct.I have had medical aid for more than 20 years and this is the worst service I have ever received where I need to plead for my medication which is causing harm to my health,my telephone calls have fallen on deaf ears.I will seek legal action once my doctor provides me an affidavit of the damage Bonitas has caused me by not providing my chronic meds for more than a week...
