Worst Medical aid and Service

I have joined in April being told that this medical aid is terrific - only to find out it is terrible - not only their customer service - but the way they choose to pay bills - between my husband and my self we easily fork out almost R3000.00 a month as they dont cover my chronic in full, they dont cover my sons medicine at all, an with recent developments my youngest son has been going to a lot of specialists as he is not walking as yet and he is behind on the developmental side and he bangs his head a lot - only to have them refer his hospital admission to the ombudsman as i am overusing my medical aid - as he has been in and out of hospital this whole year, if its not bronco pneumonia, its pneumonia - and also he has been admitted for the head banging - there are specialist that admit him - why on earth would i be overusing my medical aid - Honestly think that this is the worst I've had to deal with - every single month i get accounts form my son's hospital stay's that have not been paid or not paid in full - its totally ridiculous. the amount that i am spending on covering cost that the medical aid is supposed to - I can move to a medical aid that i know will take better care of myself and my family!
