Worst Medical Aid
Im deeply saddend by the service Ive received from you guys. My two claims has been rejected stating that I have no funds available yet Mellisa stated the I have available funds. She stated she sent it to Assesors. This has been a back and forth with Bonitas for 2 months. Tenesson said he sent the claims for reprocessing and now Mellisa aswell. YOU ARE TRULY THE WORST MEDICAL AID. i cant wait for the year to end so I can cancel
