Worst medical aid
Most probably the worst medical aid I have ever been on, the dont reply to your emails and like to suspend your membership even though you have paid. They’re excuses are they still have to allocate the payment and its been 10 days later, due to this I am unable to get medical attention. I will not recommend anyone to go to Bonitas……worst medical aid ever.
