Worst Medical Aid

By far the most useless medical aid service ever. I feel like you have to be on your death bed for them to notice they are doing you wrong. I have endless problems where they refuse to pay for my doctor appointments and well everything. They change their rules and policies but don't tell their customers and expect us to smell that things have changed. I had an emergency situation but they keep arguing with me and refusing to do any payments. I am not only hearing of complaints from current customers of theirs but also from doctors rooms and hospitals where they have a bad service.
