Worst medical aid

I wish I could give no stars at all

Bonitas is useless!!

Last year I got pregnant so I got medical aid to cover my baby atleast because I do understand they do not cover pregnant women immediately or even after a waiting period of 3 months

So like I said I got the medical aid to cover my baby I worked through a company that gives you options of medical aids that suits your budget!

I chose Bonitas bonstart I was pending and after 3 months I was approved that was in August a month before my baby was born.. After he was born I had to sign papers to get him on the medical aid After that they said he would be covered immediately if it so happens that he needs extra care or whatever the case may be.. They also said when he is born then I can make him the main member and I can leave the Medical aid

Then came the struggle to change all of that Eventually they said I'll be off the medical aid at the end of December 2025 and that I would only pay for my baby

Not the case

They debited the amount for both of us again! Please take in mind I did budget for the both of us but only for so long. Knowing my baby will be the only one that I will pay for at the end of December

Now came the time again to sort it out They said I must write a letter stating that my baby will be the main member and I will be off the medical aid

Yet again not the case

Now they say I must cancel the whole medical aid because an infant can not be a main member!!

This has not been mentioned once during the period I was on the medical aid

Now we're on the 21st almost end of January again and nothing They drag it out to get more money!

This is pathetic! How can we pay for no service! Do not get this medical aid you will struggle to get answers and when you do they change it again
