WORST Medical Aid
My mother went to see an orthopedic surgeon and we paid cash consultation to claim from Medical aid. Bonitas shortpaid the claim and on top of that they use Jointcare and ICPS as agents for Knee replacement procedures and they refuse to pay me because the doctor is on Joint care and not on the Bonitas list. How can I consult from a Bonitas list and also consult from a Joint-care list all in one go?
what a nighmare of a medical aid. they don't even deserve a star.
