Worst medical aid

Had to join Bonitas due to change of work, wish there were other better options, before joining I've checked the reviews, and nothing positive came out of them, but i had no choice but to go with them... Amongst all other issues, I registered for a baby bag about a month ago... called the call center to check how far and when I'm receiving the bag... Very helpful consultants I spoke to, I will give them a 10 no doubt... The issue is, it states on the website after registration you receive the bag after 30 days... and I'm told now, I will receive the bag in Jan 2nd week as it is very difficult for delivery people to deliver in December... I'm due in early Jan.. This is the worst medical aid ever, I am worried with my delivery and post-dilivery as I had to pay in some instances for the things this medical aid can't cover during my pregnancy. So many negative reviews from years back and still no action to change that? 🤷♀️... Those who have other options please save yourselves, never select Bonitas 🙏🏾
