Worst medical aid

I have never been frustrated by medical aid company before.. I've been sending emails and relevant documentation to Bonitas but no one is willing to assist me. Now I was on the line with one of their consultants for 35 minutes whom I asked to give me an escalation email or rather speak to someone higher in the department instead he just hang up the line.
