Worst Medical Aid

So I went to the Dr on the 16 Feb 2019 for my antenatal check up as per normal. So Monday I got a message from Medicross saying that Bonitas is not going to pay for the Ultrasound cause my savings is depleted but I am left with 4 antenatal check ups I am under the impression that Bonitas will pay for it however I called them one stupid lady who could hardly speak proper English said to me your funds is depleted I ask her how she tells me she doesn't know next thing I ask her can I speak to her team leader after holding on for like 5 minutes she comes back and tell me her team leader is in a meeting and will call me back she didn't even give me a reference number, nevertheless I called back spoke to a very nice gentleman who understood me than escalated my query. Bonitas came back to me and said that the Dr used the incorrect code but all along he used the same tarrif code 3627 whick they paid. I don't recommend Bonitas to anybody!!!!!!
