worst medic al aid service ever
If i could give negative stars i would. worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been trying to query a claim urgently for 4 days now. No word. Their agents never answer the phones (i was on hold for 2 hours today) Whatsapp chat bot useless as ever. I pay alot of money. do better bonitas
