WORST MEDCAL ADMIN DEP TEAM WORLD WIDE

They do NOT even deserve a star or a 1/2 of a star. The most TERRIBLE admin department. Broker and i phoned how many times , being on the phone for more that 2 hours, each time they give us a ref nr, when you call again and give the ref nr you still need to explain your problem. Emails don't work as they do NOT read your mail but they ask for you to mail them- its like a copy paste type of mail you getting each time NOT even close to your query. Stay far away from this medical. they don't want to pay back my premium which was paid to them due to an error msg from their side saying they going to terminate my medical - afterwards they confirm they did receive the amount - now with proof of the 2nd payment they dont want to pay me back they've got all kind of excuses , like they didnt receive the proof of payment even though I'm giving them my query nrs that i received from them while on the phone with them AND emailing the proof of payment while we are busy on the phone .... mmmmmm
