WORST EVER!
Worst service ever. My daughter needs her tonsils removed, apparently that can only be done at a day clinic by an ENT. The plan that I am on does not have a ENT at a day hospital on my network. There is a co payment of R4850 to get the procedure done at a hospital in my network.
I have written a motivational letter to waive the co payment and still no answer. I havew spend hours on the phone and even tried the whatsapp bot, without any luck.
