worst client service ever

<p>Writing as an ex bonitas member.</p> <p>Affordable rates luring potential clients, but scheme promises so much and actualy does so little.</p> <p> </p> <p>When confronted with problems during a medical situation enquiring anything from them is practicallty impossible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sending email upon email no one ever seems to care or respond to my enquiry. Still waiting for my original enquiry from march to be awnsered with no avail....</p> <p> </p> <p>Will never ever join bonitas again or in any way recommend them to friends or family</p>
