Worse service ever from Bonitas
I have never in my life experience poor service as i did today from Bonita's, they kept on the line for over 30 minutes for a team-leader, only to tell me no team leader is available. they promise you heaven and earth and when its time to deliver they fail, i regret going for the second year with Bonita's i will never make the same mistake the 3rd time. last week they told me my refund will be paid on Thursday or latest Monday. Today they gave me a different story and said i must wait 7 days again. will never sign up with them ever again.
Its bad when u work in customer service environment and you know the importance of keeping a client happy. they dont have the slightest idea of good customer service
