Worse service ever
I have never known that when there is a medical emergency a medical aid is so *********** with services as if one doesn't pay, we have made so many calls still no feedback on the scheme change I have spoken to many agents and I want Karabo phoku :agent Ndomiso sebele :team leader Farazna khan :floor manager Manti pau :escalations team Ricardo manual :fund manager Alosani phophi :agent 080622q4sps5 ref number to please resolve this it's a very urgent matter

08 Jun 2022, 15:39This has been going on for a while since May and I am suffering from cysts within my cervix it's extremely painful see the track record of the number off calls made and requests I have been spending so much money on airtime and doctors bills what's the use you have a medical aid but have to make use of the public hospitals please I will appreciate if this is taken serious I am planning to go to the medical ombudsman because one can bleed to death and the medical aid is so *********** with services delivery
