WORSE MEDICAL TO DEAL WITH

I took out medical aid cover with Bonitas towards end of January to start February 1. I took on the phone with Thandiwe Uwane and i explained to her that the premium deduction will come out on my payslip from my employer, she said it not a problem and that i should give my payroll at work the membership certificate so they will deal with it. Eversince i took out cover with the i have been struggling to get covered and they have tired numerous times to debit my account after i explained that the deduction comes from my payslip as if that's not even they told me they have resolved the issue and they changed my inception date to 1 april guess what??? i still dont have cover and i get emails from them telling me membership has been suspended and i have a claim outstanding i have never been able to use the medical ever since i took it out. I have had more than enough of this issue if its not resolved please cancel it TODAY and i will take out cover with another company.
