Worse Medical scheme ever!
Horrible service from Bonitas, Medical aid does not work, Call centres do not work. I pay so much money for my medical aid, and I cannot use it! I have medical bills piling up, and I cannot receive my chronic medication nor visit any GP or specialist. My existing Benefit programs are nonexistent right now. This is bull****. I will be moving to another medical aid!
