Worse medical aid ever

This is the worse medical aid ever. There admin sucks. I’ve been dealing with them for the past two months and every week it’s a different issue. They have poor service and they tell u lies to appease you. Was told by the supervisor today my suspension would be lifted but got letter today stating my chronic meds could not be processed due to medical aid being terminated. They fail to notify you of issues, suspend your cover stating I failed to pay as a private member yet group has my money. Basically paying for a service that they can’t render. Quick to suspend ur account, yet they have the your money which they have failed to inform you that they need refund you in a month and a half. Blatant thievery. I wonder how they are able to claim they won best medical aid with such poor service. Beware, don’t believe lies. Next step is logging a complaint with the ombudsman tomorrow.
