Worse Medical aid
I called Bonitas today and I spoke to Nicola 14:57 I was on a call where she argued with me for almost 20 minutes. Medical aid informs you that they informed you on a telephone number that you do not know, which is supposedly to me ours after I confirmed the telephone number linked to the membership. then she shouts at me saying I am upset. I tell her I am as calm but you do not want to listen to me. This medical aid sucks big time!! When I requested for the call to listen who gave them the number they cannot give me the call. I need to go to their branch.
Talk about rude and unprofessional!!!
