Worse Ever Finande Department Together With Its Medical Aid

When i app**** for this insurance i app**** with my ID copy that i scanned and sent to them, the ID copy was accepted, there was nothing wrong with the ID Copy.

We than cancelled the plan and moved on to another medical Aid.

We now at the process where we Bonitas need to refund my savings, i sent through all required documents together with the very same ID copy i app**** with for the medical aid. Now all of a sudden the ID copy is not clear

When they needed to take my money the ID copy was clear now that they need to pay it back, the ID Copy is clear, than they say its not that we dont want to pay its because we use a trans union systerm to validate ID copy's, now the question comes when i app**** didnt you use the very same system to validate my ID copy to take my money?

At the time of submitting i got 4 emails stating my documents are in order and it is accepted meanwhile this has been going on for 5 months now and they still not paying, they dont even respond promptly to emails you always have to send emails to get a mere respond.

I really regret ever crossing paths with this medical Aid, Thier service is utterly pathetic, but when it comes to collecting money they were always on time and yet the refund its not even 3k but they complaining for a ID document thats not clear but its the very same ID document i app****
