Won't allocate payment
My dad's medical aid premium bounced, i made an EFT into their account on November 6th 2017, my dad's benefits are still suspended nothing has been re-instated, when i called them they could not allocate the payment even though I mailed them the confirmation to credit ********** when I call i now it says the entire company is closed for a Christmas function!!! please urgently re-instate as of 6 November 2017!!!!
