Will cancel your cover but NEVER debit your account

Cancelled off medical aid but never debited the account as confirmed in writing and via telecom by them. This has now left a family with a small kid vulnerable. We are a business and we place our staff with Bonitas Medical. Rather use a different medical who wants your business. I now have 60 staff members to move as they have constant administration issues.
